Take-Off turns a PDF drawing into measured quantities, prices them through your own rate library, and issues the tender, the scope of works and the schedules as finished documents.

• Calibrate a page off one known dimension, then measure lengths, areas and counts into named items with deductions, depths and cutouts.
• Price through rates you set yourself. Nothing is invented: an unset rate is a blocking gate, never a guess.
